A client of Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team. This person will be doing a combination of administrative support work and helping man the front desk. There will be client interaction.

Required Skills & Experience
2-3 years of previous Administrative Assistant/ Customer Service Experience
High school diploma/GED.
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with data organization and reviewing
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to accurately and timely complete tasks within the established timelines and quality standards.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Can speak Somali
