Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of facilities project management, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
Identify and mitigate project risks, tackling any issues that arise with proactive solutions.
Oversee the procurement process for all equipment, materials, and services needed for our facility projects.
Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project implementation.
Conduct regular project status meetings, providing timely updates to stakeholders and keeping everyone aligned with project goals and objectives.
Evaluate project outcomes, capture lessons learned, and implement improvements for future projects.Be the glue that holds our project initiatives together, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
Keep our projects on budget and on schedule, leveraging your strong organizational and management skills.

Requirements:
A background in a food manufacturing environment is preferred. Your understanding of the industry will be a huge asset.
Knowledge of wastewater, ammonia, steam, electricity, compressed air, and gas utilities.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD is a must. Familiarity with MS Project is a bonus!
Experience in contractor management is essential. You know how to get the best from external partners.
