Meet The Team Dexcom is seeking a talented and experienced Data Management Software Product Manager to join our dynamic and passionate team. The Data Products Management team is part of our Global Product Management team and is responsible for creating mobile and software solutions that drive best in class customer experience as we serve customer and business needs across Dexcom product lines. This position will manage sustaining development for existing software products as well as leading the end-to-end product lifecycle management of new portfolio software solutions from ideation to launch and beyond. Where You Come In As a Data Management Software Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of our cutting-edge software solutions that empower our customers to take control of their health. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including System Product Managers, Global Product Design, Market Research, Software Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Support, to create exceptional user experiences and ensure the success of our software products. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a rapidly growing and innovative device company, living at the confluence of medical devices, consumer technology, and big data. The position is preferably based in San Diego or Portland, but remote is acceptable. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
Maintain contact and communication with internal, field-facing employees to ensure market communication.
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Monitor product performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to diabetes management and software development.
What Makes You Successful 8+ years in product management or related field, preferably in therapy management software.
Experience defining product requirements and working with R&D to ensure development of products based on customer and business requirements.
Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and use influence management effectively with cross-functional partners and senior management.
Strong presentation, influence, and communication skills
Ability to work successfully with ambiguity and in fast-paced environments

Remote Workplace Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option. Experience and Education Typically requires a Bachelors degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
At this level a graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience.
