Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Support residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Vital Signs Monitoring: Record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
Mobility Assistance: Assist residents with movement and physical activities, including transfers and walking.
Hygiene Maintenance: Maintain residents' personal hygiene and comfort through regular toileting, bathing, and grooming.
Environmental Upkeep: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents by performing light housekeeping duties.
Nutrition Support: Help with meal preparation, feeding residents, and tracking food and fluid intake.
Accurate Documentation: Keep precise records of the care provided and residents' responses.
Effective Communication: Engage with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals effectively.
Patient Advocacy: Actively address and resolve any concerns or issues for residents.

Qualifications:
Valid CNA certification in the state of NJ.
