Job Description:
Provide expert level support of reporting and monitoring tools that monitors virtual desktops and applications for more than 220,000 users (320,000 devices) in locations across the world. Specifically, we are seeking someone that has extensive knowledge with Lakeside's SysTrack, Verint's Desktop Processing Analytics' (DPA), and VMWare's vRealize Operations (vRops).
In order to provide this level of support, the ideal candidate will be able to perform the following:
• Provide expert level troubleshooting and support of infrastructure supporting SysTrack, DPA, and vRops.
• Provide expert level troubleshooting and support of SQL Servers and Databases supporting SysTreack, DPA, and vRops.
• Must have extensive knowledge of server based computing concepts, virtual environments, and cloud-based infrastructure, and serve as subject matter expert to peers and managers on those topics.
• Extensive experience with data consumption and analytics using Big Data solutions like Elk or Splunk, and SQL to create data driven decision tools and dashboards.
• Drive productivity, recommending improvements, remediation and operational excellence using ITIL methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the multiple teams to ensure robustness, scalability, and global applicability of solutions.
• Work with project teams and developers to ensure those teams understand compatibility with virtual platforms and Virtual Workspace architecture and requirements.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues that could impact system performance, reliability, and usability.
• Persuade and influence leaders across multiple teams through strong and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills.

• Big Data Reporting with tools like Elk, Splunk
• VMware Vsphere 5.0-7+
• VMware Horizon 6, 7+
• Microsoft Server 2012, 2016, 2019+
• Basic Scripting with tools like PowerShell, Python, etc.
