We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Devices Team and help drive the evolution of our product offerings. This person will be working out of our San Diego office.

Responsibilities:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing Netradyne's fleet safety solutions. You will collaborate closely with Business Operations and Product Success teams to ensure seamless integration of our products into client fleets. Key responsibilities include:

Installation Experience Management: Oversee and optimize the installation experience of Netradyne devices via the Mobile App. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer onboarding experience.

User Content Improvement: Work closely with the Documentation team to enhance user manuals, guides, and other product-related documentation and videos. Ensure that user-facing content is comprehensive, clear, and aligned with user needs.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Interface with Business Operations and Product Success teams to gather feedback and insights. Utilize this information to refine existing products and contribute to the development of new solutions.

Accessory and SKU Management: Manage and expand the range of accessories offered with our solutions. Work closely with internal teams to develop and introduce new SKUs based on market demands.

Project Management: Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and accessories.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

Background Required:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a solid understanding of mobile app design principles, preferably in conjunction with embedded or IoT devices.

Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed product decisions.

Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product launches.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with SKU management, accessories, and installation process optimization.

Economic Package Includes:
