Digital Coordinator

IDR is seeking a Digital Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role involves creating engaging platform-specific content, capturing and editing photos and videos, and supporting social media campaigns for a dynamic organization in the marketing and digital media industry.

Position Overview for the Digital Coordinator:

Develop and execute content strategies across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.

Capture, edit, and produce short-form videos, Reels, TikToks, Stories, and photos to enhance brand presence.

Write captivating captions, hooks, scripts, and on-screen text tailored to each client's voice.

Collaborate on content shoots, create shot lists, mood boards, and support creative processes.

Manage and schedule content using social media management tools, monitor trending topics, and engage with online communities.

Requirements for the Digital Coordinator:

0-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related fields, including internships, freelance work, and personal projects.

Portfolio or work samples demonstrating content creation and social media campaigns.

Experience capturing and editing social-first photo and video content.

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools.

Strong written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
