Digital Coordinator

Job Description

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – in office 2 days per week)

0–2 years of social media or content creation experience preferred

We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is eager to create, learn and grow. This entry-level role is focused on bringing client brands to life through photography, short-form video, graphics and social-first storytelling. You’ll work alongside our digital, PR and account teams to turn approved strategies and ideas into content that connects.

What You’ll Do Create platform-specific content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.

Capture and edit photos, Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form videos.

Write captions, hooks, scripts and on-screen text in each client’s brand voice.

Assist with content shoots, shot lists, mood boards and creative preparation.

Create graphics and digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Build, organize and maintain monthly content calendars.

Schedule and publish approved content using Sprout Social.

Monitor social trends and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the team.

Support community management by monitoring and responding to comments, messages, mentions and tags.

Collaborate with digital, PR and account teams to support client campaigns.

Attend client meetings, events and content shoots as needed.

What You’ll Bring Zero to two years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing or a related field. Internships, freelance work and personal creator experience count.

A portfolio or work samples featuring content you personally helped create.

Experience capturing and editing social-first photo and video content.

Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.

Strong writing, proofreading and attention to detail.

An understanding of social media trends, formats and platform best practices.

A strong visual eye and the ability to adapt content to different brand identities.

Comfort appearing on camera when appropriate.

Strong organization and the ability to balance multiple deadlines.

A collaborative spirit, creative curiosity and willingness to receive feedback.

A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, graphic design or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.

What Success Looks Like Within 90 days, you understand our clients’ voices, visual identities and content processes and are consistently delivering accurate, engaging work on time. Within six months, you’re confidently creating content across multiple accounts, contributing fresh ideas and becoming a trusted creative partner to the team.
