Key Responsibilities We are looking for an excellent Computer Vision MLE to join our research team.
This opportunity is to contribute to a team which is building leading-edge motion capture products, and with a particular focus on research innovation.

Qualifications
You have relevant academic (research Masters/PhD level) and/or industry experience.
Experience
Essential Skills
Extensive experience solving computer vision problems – such as object detection and human pose estimation – with the application of appropriate machine learning methods, such as CNNs and ViTs, in conjunction with non-ML algorithms.
Demonstrated experience using leading-edge methods for modelling human and object shape, appearance and movement.
Experience providing technical leadership within teams and excellent team working abilities.
Track record of using novel techniques for extracting value (building insights) from multi-disciplinary high-fidelity and unstructured data.
Examples of working with large spatio-temporal datasets, and machine learning expertise for solving time-series domain issues.
Experience delivering the full ML development lifecycle, taking systems from research prototypes through to development and production within a standalone application.
Experience with Python and ML toolkits, e.g. PyTorch, Lightning, etc.
Desirable Skills
Experience, aptitude, and a desire to work with human motion capture, sport, animation tools and techniques.
Relevant conference, journal, or other peer-reviewed output.
Familiarity with GPU techniques for image processing and implementation of neural networks.
Familiarity with C++.
