Location : Candidate preferred location in the Midwest region of the United States.

What you'll do:

Market Research and Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends.

Lead Generation : Develop and implement strategies for generating new leads through various channels including networking, social media, and industry events.

Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.

Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

Proposal Development : Create compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.

Negotiation and Closing : Lead negotiations with prospective clients and close new business deals.

Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, engineering and customer service to ensure a seamless client experience.

Performance Monitoring : Track and report on business development activities, successes, and areas for improvement.

What you'll need:

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.

Experience in securing business in Contract Manufacturing sector.

Willingness and ability to travel frequently for client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities (up to 50% travel may be required).

Passion for the art of selling

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Ability to think strategically about business opportunities and challenges.

Heavy focus on achieving goals and driving business growth.

Be flexible and able to adapt to changing business environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Industry Experience : Experience in cable assemblies is strongly preferred.

Advanced Education : Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field a plus.

Networking : Established network within the industry.
