Overview

The Sr. Financial Analyst will join Quorum’s finance team in delivering critical insights and performing key reporting functions. The analyst will support in analyzing actual results, tracking operational performance, preparing forecasts and performing strategic planning reviews. The role offers significant opportunity for growth and expansion of responsibilities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models and analytic tools to track company performance

Budget and forecast responsibility for assigned part of the organization

Analyze and interpret financial and operational results to provide senior leadership with actionable recommendations

Participate in M&A activities including integration support of recent acquisitions

Provide ad hoc analysis to business partners to support decision making

Contribute to enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices

And other duties as assigned.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in relevant field, MBA a plus

5-7 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) experience

Attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and relentless follow through

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Critically evaluate information from multiple sources, identify and reconcile gaps in order to report findings and drive decision making

Strategic and analytical thinker with superior problem solving and decision-making skills

Must thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment

Excellent Excel modelling skills

Experience with a business planning and reporting tool – Adaptive Insights experience a plus

Software industry experience preferred

Experience with operational and financial ERP systems including Adaptive Insights, SalesForce, NetSuite, OpenAir, Conur, and ADP
