Pay: $25-$40 per hour DOE
Job Duties:
Select gauge and type of sheet metal according to products being fabricated or installed.
Interpret specifications, blueprints and work orders as needed for an area of supervision.
Install and direct installation of assemblies in buildings or worksites.
Interpret company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
Establish and adjust work sequences to meet construction schedules using knowledge of equipment, materials, and the capabilities of assigned personnel.
Analyze and resolve work problems.
Maintain time records and coordinates schedules.
Provide input for project estimates and schedules.
Works in conjunction with the assigned project manager to coordinate project schedules, deliveries, and activities.
Qualifications Journeyman License preferred.
2+ years' experience in sheet metal fabrication.
Valid Driver's License in good standing.
HS diploma or GED.
Experience with planning, layout, fabricating, assembling, installing, and repairing sheet metal parts, equipment, and products, utilizing a knowledge of working characteristics of metallic and nonmetallic materials, machining, and layout techniques.
Ability to interpret specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
Ability to analyze and solve work problems.
