Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking a dynamo Media Coordinator to support the media planning and buying teams across a large new client. Main Responsibilities:
Attend vendor meetings to gain understanding of latest trends and potential opportunities
Pull competitive reports- evaluate and develop analysis based on findings
Utilize internal tools to better understand target market/audience and analyze insights
Add campaigns to Basis
Assists with monthly media reconciliation
Collaborate with digital media buying and analytics teams on monitoring media performance and reporting results to the clients
Works with the brand partnership and creative teams to ensure timely delivery of all creative assets required for the buys
Actively participate in weekly internal and client status meetings
Continually communicates with the team on all projects and deadlines
Work on special media or agency projects as applicable
Achieves/maintains visibility and credibility within the agency and client base and with media vendors
Establishes and maintains strong relationships between all cross functional teams
Seeks out developmental opportunities and actively participates in agency and professional training initiatives and seminar training
Presents work as needed to internal and external stake
Requirements: Keys to Success in this Role:
4-year business degree or equivalent in experience and education preferably in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising
Strong written and verbal communication skills
