In this position, the successful candidate will perform the following job responsibilities:
* Send out installer notifications in advance of expirations. Work with field team to ensure document completion is on time.
* Coordinate ordering new badges for existing installer through Home Depot compliance website and distribute to installers.
* Maintain master compliance spreadsheet and post bi-weekly.
* Serve as initial point of contact for installer compliance inquiries
* Gather completed on-boarding paperwork from installers / field team
* Track weekly audits performed by Home Depot EWR team.
* Work with deductions team to reconcile deductions and credits on monthly basis
* Manage Clopay license renewals, new license request, and Clopay EPA FIRM certification
* Research new license request to determine if they should be disputed. If required then obtain new license.
* Responsible for renewal of all Clopay EPA FIRM certifications
* Manage Home Depot license portal and Clopay smart sheets.
* Work with Home Depot reporting tools (i.e. Vendor Drill / Askuity).
* Run ad hoc reports as needed by management team
* Work with Clopay reporting tools (i.e. Oracle Business Intelligence) to develop reporting packages for internal distribution.
**Job Requirements**
* Four year degree.
* Minimum of 2 years of industry experience or more than 5 years of industry experience in lieu of education.
* Experience working with Government agencies to ensure all permits, licenses, and certifications are following local building codes.
* Experience with completing license applications for city, county and state level building departments.
* Familiar with residential and commercial building codes.
* Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel.
* Travel is periodically required.
