Job Title: Customer Service Logistics Analyst
Location: Alameda, CA
Timings:
8 AM- 5 PM
Pay: 45/hr
Main Responsibilities:
Maintenance of warranty orders within Client s ERP system, SAP, as necessary.
Monitor weekly inventory reports to prevent out of stock.
Monitor weekly reports and troubleshoot orders which are not fulfilled.
Respond to internal & external customer inquiries regarding customer service & logistics issues.
Research issues in Salesforce and SAP.
Send advance ship notice to warehouse.
Create weekly return kit orders.
Participate in weekly meeting with Client Back-office Team meetings.
Analyze weekly & monthly reports to ensure we meet KPI.
Create PowerPoint slides for monthly KPI meetings and ad hoc reports.
Plan, organize and prioritize own daily work routine to meet established schedule/deadlines.
Work with cross-functional teams within the division and across divisions (Demand Planning, Finance, Transportation, etc.)
All work efforts must meet compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree
Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office/Outlook
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experiences
Detail oriented and high accuracy
Ability to multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in a timely manner Preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Possess experience using ERP system(s) (SAP preferred) and Salesforce
Work experience in a procedurally controlled business environment and working with multiple vendors/partners
