We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Real Estate Manager based in the Indianapolis, IN area.
General Responsibilities
Responsible for generating new locations in assigned territory (Indiana and Kentucky)
Driving markets, generating lists of available sites and calling on property owners
Manage local brokers to implement market strategy and identify sites
Prepare, tour and present real estate packages to executive team
Negotiate LOIs, Purchase/Sale Agreements in collaboration with legal teams to acceptable standards
Provide professional real estate expertise within the specified market
Participate in weekly calls and meetings with corporate via conference calls and in person
Work Schedule + Benefits Full-time, Exempt
50 hours
Travel time: 80% of the time will be spent in the field; will require occasional overnight travel for territory management and various meetings. Remainder of your time, work from your home office.
Occasional travel to the corporate office in Nashville area for meetings and check-ins

Qualifications College Degree preferred but not required
1-5 years demonstrated experience in: Retail real estate development in Indiana and Kentucky
Site selection/deal making experience in the retail/service industry
Business and Negotiation acumen in real estate; Demonstrated deal making ability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and strong relationship skills
Strong customer service orientation
Creative problem solving abilities and outstanding organizational skills
Tech savvy; Strong computer proficiency; Excellent in MS Office applications and GIS applications
Strong attention to detail and good time management
Highly motivated, self-starter
