The Company is seeking a Lead Data Scientist, Vice President to join its dynamic Data & Analytics team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging data and industry-leading techniques to generate valuable insights that drive competitive advantages and enhance the customer experience. This hands-on position requires a creative and ambitious individual with a strong passion for data, capable of transforming it into meaningful business solutions. The role involves partnering with key executives to enhance the capabilities of the leads platform, leading ideation sessions, and analyzing the leads funnel to optimize conversion. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of technical skills, mathematical proficiency, and a keen intuition for problem-solving, as well as a strong presence and excellent presentation skills to influence senior management.Applicants for this role at the company should have a proven track record in a field-based sales environment, with experience in data analysis and delivering insights to CRM systems. Proficiency in a range of programming and querying tools, as well as experience with business intelligence tools, is essential. The role also requires a candidate who is adept at exploratory data analysis, with the ability to work across large enterprise databases. A background in workforce analytics, sales performance analytics, or a related field is a plus, as is training in statistical principles and experience in advanced modeling, including AI/ML.
