Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a Sr Agile Business Analyst with experience working in Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Warehouse Management systems for long term contract in Jacksonville, FL. We're seeking candidates with 5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst who have prior experience on at least one project or initiative tied to supply chain, retail, warehousing, transportation, and/or logistics. In this role, you will be responsible for authoring User Stories and creating BRD's as well as working with our client's implementation partners. This role will require excellent interpersonal skills including strong listening , analytical skills, building relationships, and conflict resolution for competing or conflicting priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience with Safe , but experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanbaan team experience will be required. The ideal candidate will have experience on ERP Systems inclusive of Supply Chain or Warehouse management systems. This role is hybrid on site as you'll be assisting with implementing a new Robotics Systems to integrate with their new Warehouse management system.
Required Skills:
5 + years as Business Analyst working on projects or product teams; leveraging different methodologies, with primary focus on agile
Strong focus on leading requirements gathering sessions and clarifications with business and technical team, leveraging agile techniques
1+ years as a Business Analysts with supply chain, warehouse management, transportation, and/or logistics skills
1+ year of experience with Financial /Supply Chain ERP Systems (ideally MS Dynamics D365 F/O) and/or Warehouse Management or Supply Chain Systems - Red Prairie or Manhattan
Experience with end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover & reporting.
Experience participating in functional design, configuration, and process alignment with a detailed understanding quickly of systems and solutions.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Experience authoring User Stories, creating BRD's, etc.
Intermediate level skills with SQL - able to author SQL queries for data validation and do Data Analysis when needed
Be willing to participate in On-call rotation and perform validation of applications
Desired Skills:
Experience with any of the top Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems: Red Prairie WMS, Manhattan WMS, Manhattan Demand Planning, IBM Sterling Order Management, Blue Yonder Demand Planning
Microsoft Financial ERP - MS Dynamics D365 - Finance and Operations Experience, specifically procure to pay or Accounting Modules: AP, AR, and/or GL
