About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Oncology Service Line, a pivotal regional leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of cancer care services. The successful candidate will lead and integrate oncology services across the region, ensuring the highest level of multidisciplinary care and comprehensive cancer treatment. This includes maintaining accreditation and certification standards, fostering growth in patient care, and leading a large team of FTEs. The role demands a dynamic, visible leader with a Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, and at least five years of progressive management experience in oncology services within a complex, multi-facility health system.The Senior Director will work in close partnership with the Medical Director Oncology and other key stakeholders in a highly matrixed model. Collaboration with local and system-level leaders, physicians, and staff is essential to ensure the continuous growth and integration of oncology services. The ideal candidate will have a clinical training background in an academically affiliated organization, experience in a competitive market, and a proven track record of excellence in patient experience, employee engagement, and quality scores. This is an opportunity to lead a team that is experiencing significant year-over-year growth and is at the forefront of cancer care with cutting-edge science and academic expertise.
