Director of Property Accounting, CPA
The Commercial Real Estate Director of Property Accounting will oversee the accounting and financial reporting functions for a portfolio of commercial properties as well as supervise and mentor a staff of 10 -15 of varying levels within the Property Accounting department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and minimum 8 years of accounting experience
CPA is a Must (must be active)
Must have at least Five years of Supervisory experience
Yardi Voyager and MRI expeirence preferred
