Job Summary:
The Moser Energy Systems Regional Sales Director is responsible for supervising Moser Sales Managers, pipeline management, and building an innovative, adaptable sales engine to meet customer’ needs for their assigned region. Regional Sales Directors utilize industry knowledge, contacts, effective sales techniques, and supervisory skills to drive sustainable financial growth for Moser by forging strong relationships with our customers in the Western Region of the United States. The ideal applicant will reside in or near a Texas metropolis.
Education/ Experience:
BS/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field required.
5 years of supervisory experience required.
5 years prior experience in a similar industry.
15 years of working experience as a business developer, sales director, or a relevant role preferred.

Senior Vice President, Sales, unless otherwise designated.
Typical Responsibilities:
Leverage your established network of contacts within the oil and gas industry to facilitate customer acquisition and expand Moser’s client base.
Communicate with assigned customers and cultivate relationships with decision makers and influencers, including but not limited to corporate and senior leadership levels, to grow existing relationships and acquire new logos.
Lead sales associates to enable them to achieve their full potential in support of company’s strategic plan. Establish sales training, objectives, actions plans, programs, and customer business plans to ensure delivery of targets.
Establish Moser as a trusted partner for solving customer needs. Listen and evaluate. Provide leadership and feedback on pricing and product development strategies to ensure Moser’s continued relevance.
Monitor customer relationships and assist when necessary to implement improvements and corrective actions to maintain desired engagement. Map customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts, and partners for rigorous, actionable account planning.
Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, markets, and competitors to accelerate sales volume and product development and provide thought leadership championing Moser’s differentiators.
Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks.
Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best.
Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.
Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to supervision.
Abide by all policies and procedures established by Moser Energy Systems.
Assist with any tasks required by the direct supervisor.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Oilfield services or heavy industrial sales leadership experience.
Persuasive, energetic, clear, respectful, and timely communicator, from the board room to the field level.
Strong analytical skills to aggregate disparate information, draw insightful conclusions and translate into creative, business-savvy actions.
Leads by example. Strong work ethic and teamwork skills to create and foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
Strong supervisory, time management, and performance management skills.
Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.
A valid driver’s license and the ability to work legally in the US.
Pass a drug screening.
Clean motor vehicle record.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and/ or stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. occasionally.
Must be able to interact with people and technology while either standing or sitting.

Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as typing.
Must have and maintain a current valid driver’s license.
