$30-$32 depending on experience
Monday thru Friday 6:15am to 3pm
Busy aerospace company in Van Nuys, specializing in repair and part logistic solutions to customers globally, is looking for a Final Inspector to join their team.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct thorough final inspections of products to ensure they meet all customer specifications and quality standards.
· Utilize measuring tools and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to blueprints.
· Identify and document any defects or non-conformances.
· Work closely with production and quality control teams to resolve identified issues.
· Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.
· Stay up-to-date on relevant quality control procedures and industry standards.
· Work with form AS9102.
· Proficient with working with Calibers
· Can work on a CMM machine.
Qualifications:
· Experience in aircraft manufacturing or quality control environment.
· Strong understanding of inspection principles and methodologies.
· Proficient in the use of various measuring instruments and inspection tools.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with [Computer Aided Design] (CAD) drawings and blueprints a plus.
