**Description**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:** The responsibilities, tasks, and duties of the jobholder might differ from those outlined in this job description and other duties may be assigned as part of the job.
- To deliver oxygen product to patients at home or in a facility
- To transfer liquid oxygen to patients at home or in a facility
- To deliver and/or pickup Oxygen and Respiratory equipment
- To complete all of the paperwork for the tracking of oxygen product and equipment to be turned in for proper billing
- To adhere to all DOT, OSHA, FDA, JCAHO, and TridentCare Medical standards
- To maintain company vehicle by doing daily inspections and turning the vehicle in for preventative maintenance
- Assist in maintaining that equipment is in good condition
- To work on-call hours if needed
- Must have good customer service skills
**PRODUCTIVITY MEASURES:**
* Accuracy of the number of oxygen fills completed per day
* Accuracy of the number of fully-completed oxygen logs
* How well patient information packets are completed
* To perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor

**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a Colorado Class B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement and maintain a satisfactory MVR
- Must be available for assigned hours, overtime, and on-call shifts

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
**Certificates and Licenses:**
- Must possess a clean driving record; the record will be checked on a post-offer pre-employment basis and annually, minimally, thereafter
- Proof of current TB test
- Current Hepatitis B immunization
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the following:
- Microsoft Word - Beginner word processing software
- Microsoft Excel - Beginner spreadsheet software
