Minimum 8 to 10 of years of experience.
Skill Profile:
ITIL Foundation is a must, CSAM Certification is preferred
Candidate who has worked in Software Asset Management will be preferred.
Expertise in Excel reporting
Exceptional Customer service skills and client focus
Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
bility to work with all levels of client and internal resources
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language
Knowledge of different vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.) and their licensing models is must
Should be able to analyze the impact of any change in IT environment/ infrastructure on licensing
Candidate should have experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro Module
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring of SAM Process, set-up of status reports and improvement process based on best practices
Planning, steering and training of the other license management roles
Quality check related to commercial information
Evaluation and management of measures based on the current compliance situation (e.g. license transfer)
Elaboration of a realistic forecast of software (maintenance) requirements (Demand planning)
Regular provision of information about the commercial entitlements (purchases, agreements)
Storage of the license certificates
Carry out License Optimization activities on both server and client applications
Set-up and maintaining of the software entitlement inventory
Provision of relevant data for SAM or in case of audits
Documentation of the license situation / Preparation of license balance
nalysis / Consulting of necessary measures
Enrichment of data with SAM relevant information
Elaboration and publishing of the license position of all products based on the license metric
Define and produce the reports in line with the requirements of the customer
