What you'll bring
Leadership DNA and subject matter expertise in Design; you have spent 10-15+ years building world-class SaaS-based products
Previous experience integrating existing and accelerating products from an acquired company
Experience in leveraging AI to enable personalized experiences which are contextually relevant
Possesses a platform mindset, exhibits technical acumen, and understands that technology enables amazing experiences for our customers at scale.
Deep understanding of data capabilities, including how to use data to dramatically improve a customer experience
Customer-obsessed, ensuring that all design decisions are centered around the needs and expectations of customers

How you will lead
As a Director of Design in our Consumer Group you will be responsible for:
Managing a team of highly motivated designers working together to drive growth between our Credit Karma and TurboTax ecosystem across mobile and web
Becoming an internal and external champion, evangelist, and expert for our personal financial management solutions
Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation across all of our cross-functional teams
Overseeing product design and customer insights and as we accelerate our growth and continue to deliver innovative and beautifully designed solutions to our Credit Karma and TurboTax customers
Managing timely deliverables with strong communication and cross functional partnering skills with the ability to gain shared vision on challenging decisions and priority trade-offs.
Engaging with development, product management, marketing and analytics to execute strategy and deliver results
Actively analyze products’ business performance and use metrics to make informed decisions
