Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service to our customers across all our sales channels. You will provide sales support across several sales channels by managing the intake and distribution of leads, preparing contracts, and ensuring timely and accurate commissions structure and reporting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Proactively manage and update leads in our CRM to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data.
Distribute leads to appropriate sales channels based on strategic analysis and understanding of the business.
Track and calculate commissions for several sales teams.
Prepare and distribute comprehensive commission statements and reports to sales representatives, with strong attention to detail and understanding of our commission structure.
Collaborate with finance and HR to ensure accurate and timely commission payments.
Prepare agreements, send out for signature, and file executed contracts.
Transition completed agreements to the project management team and ensure that the project kickoff is scheduled.
Support the sales teams by coordinating event calendars and scheduling.
Ensure sales teams are properly equipped for sales activities.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Oversee and maintain multi-family and HOA leads in the CRM: export leads for team feedback, ensure completeness, and re-import updated leads.
Export lead lists from our CRM as needed by community event managers.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related sales operations role, 5+ years preferred
High level of independent judgment and decision-making abilities in daily work processes and procedures
Experience with Right of Entry contract language or general sales agreement contract language and structure
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, function in a fast-paced environment and provide consistent and high-quality output
Familiarity with labor laws and employment standards applicable to commission-based roles
Advanced reporting and sales program administration skills
Ability to effectively adapt to new technology
Proven ability to be detailed and organized
High degree of financial acumen and accuracy
Ability to collaborate/partner with various teams across the organization
Strong project management skills
Excellent interpersonal, oral, written, and communication skills
High degree of responsiveness and understanding of sales processes and tools
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent problem-solving and strategic analytical skills
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and DocuSign
Proficient in Microsoft 365
