Responsibilities:
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, Overtime as needed
* Review job orders for the day and ensure all materials needed are loaded
* Troubleshoot any problems or concerns that customer is reporting
* Assist in diagnosing and repairing existing system
* Install new systems as needed
* Use the service technology platform on a tablet to add labor, materials, and systems to an invoice
* Maintain a professional appearance while entering customers? homes and businesses
* Perform daily tasks of cleaning out work truck, restocking materials, and completing all paperwork
* Follow instructions both oral and written given by the supervisor ? Complete all jobs with safety as the number one priority per OSHA regulations
Qualifications:
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Minimum of 2 years? experience in the HVAC Service field required
* Valid EPA certification ? Ability to perform all HVAC service-related calls independently with no supervision or assistance
* Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
* Prior experience using hand and power tools specific to the trade
* Ability to bring all your own tools with you daily ? Position does require a drug screen
* Position does require a background check
* OSHA-10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it is a HUGE plus
