Back-End Senior Software Developer - Reece Digital Solutions

Reece Digital Solutions is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Back-End Software Developer to join our innovative team, driving the design, development, and enhancement of cutting-edge cloud-first eCommerce web and mobile platform solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design and deliver impactful solutions with a focus on high-quality standards.

Take ownership of projects, demonstrating initiative to meet deadlines and produce exceptional results.

Align technical solutions with business requirements in close collaboration with product owners.

Develop and maintain user interfaces and back-end services, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Actively participate in daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Planning, Estimating stories, and Code Reviews.

Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge within the team.

Work collaboratively in a team environment, effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead and mentor team members

Demonstrate a strong commitment to ReeceUSA's core values.

Qualifications:

Proven full-stack experience with expertise in AWS, Java, Python, ReactJS, Typescript, and Javascript.

Strong understanding of software development principles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience in AI technologies is a plus.

10+ years of experience in Engineering or Development roles.

Experience with AWS cloud architectures, EKS, Docker, S3, and EventBridge.

5+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot. Python experience a plus.

5+ years of experience with Microservices and open-source frameworks.

5+ years of experience with REST and GraphQL API development.

5+ years of experience with container orchestration tools.

5+ years of experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure).

5+ years of experience in Agile practices.

5+ years of experience with DevOps tools (GitHub, Circle CI).

1+ years of Snowflake experience.

1+ years of experience with Terraform.
