Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing's role is to lead and implement Our Client's marketing strategy, which is to grow the brand across the U.S. and key consumer segments. This person will deeply understand both brand and performance, and how they both play an important role in growing a business. This is both a strategic leadership role coupled with the need to be on the tools with the rest of the team.
They will work closely with our Marketing, Creative, Tech and Finance teams, reporting directly to the Global General Manager and the Founders.

A typical week will look like Enhancing, expanding and increasing their share of the market
Testing a new organic social media platform or format
Briefing and reviewing content for upcoming campaigns with our Creative Lead, from website banners to TikTok
Rolling out new brand guidelines on our website
Planning campaigns for the next quarter with the Product team and the Global GM
Pitching and running growth experiments with the Tech team
Collaborating with our PR & Partnerships team on brand campaigns
Reporting on last week's website performance and sharing results from the most recent campaign
Key Responsibilities: Create and lead the strategic direction and operational execution of Our Client's US expansion
Oversee and be responsible for the strategy and performance of all marketing channels
Plan and project manage the campaign calendar of product launches, promotions and collaborations from start to finish
Manage internal and external teams to implement marketing plans
Run and manage marketing P&L
Drive growth and impact across key KPIs: customer acquisition, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, and retention
Key Requirements: Proven experience in marketing strategy, in ecommerce/retail/fashion/travel or relevant industry
Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills and background
Proven track record leading notable brand strategy, campaigns and activations
Prior experience with performance marketing and media buying
Experience campaign planning across product launches, promotions and collaborations
Experience in managing budgets and tracking spend effectiveness
Experience managing a team successfully
Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and meet challenging deadlines
