Citibank, N.A. seeks a Program Senior Group Manager for its New York, New York location.

Duties: Independently assess technology execution risks against identified gaps and escalate the same as appropriate. Provide a holistic assessment of the Technology related aspects of the Transformation Plan across Front Line units and functions. Establish and oversee the Quality Control (QC) process for Technology following appropriate policies and procedures. Participate in regulatory meetings covering the technology aspects of the plan and the QC process. Partner with the Operations & Technology Quality review teams to ensure alignment with the commitments in the technology Transformation plans. Identify emerging risk themes across the Technology plans and ensure appropriate escalation. Serve as a technology risk subject matter expert to provide input to Program Groups on technology related matters, including understanding and quantifying potential risks. Provide inputs into strategic decisions impacting the technology transformation team and the larger Chief Operating Office Cross-Enterprise Transformation group. Ensure appropriate participation in various governance forums, including escalating risks as appropriate. Provide advice on appropriate technology solutioning. Work with the technology sectors to ensure appropriate functional solutions. Work as a technology risk management advisor to ensure adequate risk assessment of solutions. Review Software Project plans, focusing on the design and development of financial services. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree or its foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 10 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer or related position involving technology risk management within the global financial services industry. 10 years of experience must include: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); and Program and technology project management.
