Implement machine learning and natural-language-processing (NLP) methodologies to train and deploy data-scientific models that improve, support and streamline the work of the quality engineering (QE) teams at Red Hat.

*Telecommuting permitted: work may be performed within normal commuting distance from the Red Hat, Inc. office in Westford, MA.

What You Will Do:

Design roadmaps and write python scripts, develop python scripts and maintain high quality standards to deploy the model into production.

Analyze given data to identify patterns and then document the finding for further investigation and feedback.

Participate in start-to end procedure of AI / ML initiative, including requirements/data gathering, designing the flow, and preparing the schedule for the initiative.

Strategize the end-to-end process of AI / ML initiative in accordance with the project's scope and delivery dates.

Collaborate with others on the data science team and QE teams to provide feedback and suggestions to improve the functionality, development, and analysis of the data.

Access and maintain the database collection of test results and log files from the QE teams.

Monitor logs and create dashboards of defects using Grafana and Kibana and provide technical support and solutions to customers.

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

Must have one (1) year of experience with Python scripting language;

Must have one (1) year of experience with SQL;

Must have one (1) year of experience with statistical data analysis and visualization methodologies;

Must have one (1) year of experience with classical machine learning modeling;

Must have one (1) year of experience with model deployment and MLops methodologies.

Must have six (6) months of experience with natural language processing (NLP) models;

Must have six (6) months of experience with task management systems, including Jira or Monday.

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
