Content Coordinator

The main function of a Content Coordinator is to create designs, concepts and sample layouts based on design principles and concepts. A typical content coordinator needs to have a high level of creativity and able to communicate their ideas to both internal and external clients. The ability to be flexible to client demands, work well under pressure and multi-task are required skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Source, curate, edit, and publish content on the portal, both proactively and reactively in response to business needs, including researching existing content before creating new.
Support business projects by writing and/or editing content to be clear, concise, and easy to consume/use.
Throughout content migration project, verify items on two platforms to ensure content has transferred appropriately.
When needed, help with archiving content to meet internal document retention guidelines.
Perform content quality reviews and make updates based on style guidelines, voice standards, and/or publishing templates.
Handle content maintenance requests within the team's established service level agreements (SLAs).
Provide editorial oversight and guidance to content stakeholders, ensuring content is high quality and adheres to standard voice and style standards.
Provide feedback to improve content editorial processes and operations.
Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in global English
Strong task/project management, communications, and cross-group collaboration skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with rapidly changing priorities, including negotiating and making trade-offs when necessary
Hands-on experience writing, editing, curating, and creating a variety of content types
Demonstrated experience publishing within site platforms and tools (SharePoint/SharePoint Online preferred)
Strong handle on the value and use of style guides and voice principles
Experience adhering to and advocating for content strategy in an environment with competing interests and goals
Sound judgment making content decisions, focusing on the user experience as a priority
Experience developing and publishing content within a publishing environment (CMS, or SharePoint / SharePoint Online)
Proficient using Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $33.74 to $37.49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
