Altura is hiring Rope Access Blade Repair Technicians. Pay Range $28-48 hour for well qualified candidates. This is a full-time position with competitive pay, full benefits, and an opportunity to build a rewarding career with ALTURA. A strong belief in safety and teamwork are a must, along with a good level of fitness and strong work ethics. Positions would require travel to various jobsites throughout the USA.
Required Skills and Experience:
Must have experience repairing blades with rope access
Current SPRAT or IRATA certification
Ability and comfort with working at considerable heights (in excess of 250 feet).
Valid Drivers License
Must be willing to travel
Pre-employment background checks
Drug & alcohol testing required
Requires high level of physical fitness
Strong safety culture
Must be eligible for work in the US
Year-round work available
GWO certs would be considered a plus
Competitive per diem rates
Physical Requirements:
Move, carry, and lift objects 50 lbs. or more;
Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb;
Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
