A busy IM/Hospitalist practice in Sugar Land is looking for a full-time experienced Medical Office Manager. We are a team of 2 Doctors and 1 Advanced Practitioner. The candidate must have prior experience in excellent management and leadership skills. Be able to multitask and manage the daily operations of the practice, including coding experience. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a positive attitude, and has a focus on providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Primary Care Office experience + Bilingual will be a plus
Offering excellent salary + benefits.
This position requires Monday through Friday, no weekends
Job responsibilities :
Front Office Duties:
* Medication calling/E- prescribing/Medication
prior
authorization/Insurance
verification/Referral
and Prior Authorizations.
Back Office Duties:
* Strong IT skills, EMR management, etc.
* Physician Credentialing, Billing, Meeting, Marketing, Calendar Management, etc
Strong computer skills are highly recommended, as our clinic is currently on the Practice Fusion electronic medical records (EMR) system
