Customer Service Representative - $16.00/hour

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative, located in New Orleans, LA. This is a virtual position but you may be asked to report to the New Orleans Branch occasionally.

You will be the eyes and ears for our frontline organization, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to our customer's needs. Responsibilities
: Outbound Communication and Account Management (50% Stake)
Utilize an outbound call list to contact the Standard Direct customer-base. On average each representative will make 55-65 outbound calls per day to conduct the following: Generate sales by booking product orders and upselling products. On average each representative should book approximately 20 orders per day.
If the location has a DS asset, ask if the equipment is working properly.
Payment collection for non-KEY accounts.
Result Area 2: Inbound Calls (20% Stake)
Take inbound calls that may include but are not limited to the following: Customer needs to place an order.
Customer is having equipment issues. (general troubleshooting)
Customer needs a piece of equipment replaced or sent to them.
Billing and payment questions.
Order tracking.
General services issues.
Result Area 3: ERP Activity (30% Stake)
Utilize Oracle forms and eBusiness: Customer order entry.
View billing history.
Make a payment.
Record notes on call interactions.
Schedule service requests for automatic equipment.
Enter equipment order to the warehouse.
Schedule call tags with UPS to pick-up equipment/returns.
Qualifications
Advanced skillsets using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Ability to talk, using a handset or a headset for long periods of time.
Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time.
Leverages systems and processes efficiently and effectively.
Acquires and applies knowledge of products, services, and processes.
Meets or exceeds established goals.
Excellent problem-solving skillsets and the ability to multi-task.
Seeks guidance from team members to resolve issues and identify appropriate issues for escalation.
Performs other functions as assigned.
Availability to work M to 8AM - 5PM.
Prior Customer Service/Sales experience.
