Description
Summary of Position:
The Housekeeper is responsible for the cleanliness of the physical plant including the fixtures, furniture and equipment in order to maintain a clean, safe, attractive and operative facility at all times. COVID VACCINE REQUIRED
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Must clean resident rooms which includes dusting, mopping, cleaning the bathrooms and emptying trash;
Clean all common area's as assigned by Housekeeping Manager and provide a clean and sanitary environment for residents, staff and visitors;
Perform work that meets or exceeds resident satisfaction as measured by the resident satisfaction survey;
Must exhibit knowledge of Trezevant's Mission, Vision and Values;
Must be courteous and considerate at all times and develop good listening skills so as to show interest in the resident and help prevent problems before they occur;
Be willing to perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Manager;
Must report to work on time as scheduled and outlined in the Employee Handbook;
Qualifications
License/Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
