Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to join our customer success team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Pilots, providing consulting services, creating sample solutions, conducting customer success assessments, and providing integrated solutions for customers. The chosen candidate will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Software Engineer’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Designing and delivering POCs and Pilots to meet the specific needs of our customers.
Providing consulting services to help clients understand the best technical solutions for their needs.
Creating sample solutions to demonstrate the effectiveness of our products and services.
Conducting customer success assessments to ensure our solutions are meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Providing product training to customers.
Managing and growing a computer lab that performs technical solution design, showcases customer experience, and server hosting.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the lab, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
Performing regular maintenance activities to keep the lab equipment and facilities in optimal condition.
Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance lab efficiency and capabilities.
Ensuring lab capacity for customers and applications.
Participating in early access and beta hosting.
Collaborating with other team members to improve our products and services based on customer feedback
Qualifications: . Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or in a STEM related field.
10+ Years of experience in Software Engineering.
Experience in designing and delivering Proof of Concepts and Pilots.
Experience in consulting and customer service.
Experience in providing product training.
Project Management experience
Experience in server hosting.
Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with other team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Post Graduate Degree and or relevant certifications would be a plus
