The Manager, Events Marketing is an experienced, organized and metrics-driven events marketer who will drive NCR Voyix’s participation in third-party industry events. This role is responsible for designing, driving, executing, and measuring participation in third-party live, virtual and hybrid events that target customers, prospects, and partners. You have a passion for creating unparalleled event experiences to propel the new NCR Voyix brand awareness, create strong customer advocacy and drive demand. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify the best events for NCR Voyix; manage end-to-end planning; rethink how to make both virtual and in-person events compelling; and report regularly on business results. Your Mission The Marketing Manager, Events will drive end-to-end strategy and project management of NCR Voyix’s sponsorship presence at various industry events throughout the year. This role will plan multiple event strategies simultaneously successfully and is responsible for executing basic event logistics in addition to creative experiential attendee activations and to help drive engagement onsite. You Are You have a strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems independently and show exemplary communication skills across internal and external stakeholders. You have a passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine processes and strong organization skills and detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines. You have a knowledge of Salesforce to measure and report on the effectiveness of event leads and campaigns. You have direct hands-on end-to-end experience with pre- and post-event event planning and strong negotiation skills, experience managing external vendors and budgets. You also have an energetic and can-do attitude with the ability to rally teams around an initiative and a willingness to travel (domestic & international) and work weekends, holidays and nonstandard hours. You are flexible and able to support on logistics for hosted events and global head quarter events as needed. Required Qualifications: 5-7 years of relevant experience in B2B event management, in-person and virtual events.

Trade show experience from strategy through execution and reporting

Marketing strategy experience

Enterprise software; SaaS experience required, IT-specific software a plus

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or other related fields.

Direct people management experience

Direct decision-making abilities

Strong budget analysis reporting and tracking
