Executive Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin) Location: Newport Beach, CA (Fully Onsite) Or Diamond Bar, CA Open to candidates near Diamond Bar, CA who are able to work in Newport approximately 3 days per week. Pay Range: $30–$40/hour DOE Position Overview: Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support hotel operations, digital platforms, and executive-level administrative needs. This role will focus on maintaining accuracy across hotel booking channels, monitoring online content, tracking performance metrics, and supporting daily operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

Monitor and verify hotel room rates, availability, and information accuracy across various booking channels, websites, apps, and online platforms.

Review and maintain hotel content, including descriptions, amenities, promotions, and other digital information to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Track and follow up on hotel KPIs through different brand portals, reporting systems, and internal platforms.

Monitor online guest reviews, comments, and social media activity; assist with follow-ups and maintaining a positive online presence.

Support executive and operational tasks, including reporting, data tracking, coordination, and administrative support.

Analyze digital information and identify discrepancies or opportunities for improvement across hotel platforms, including but not limited to Marriott mDash, Hilton MCP, Quore, Canary.

Learn and utilize hotel-specific software, systems, and tools as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hotel information and digital content remain updated and accurate.

Qualifications

Bilingual Mandarin/English is a must.

Previous Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Sales, Reservations, or Front Desk experience preferred.

Hotel industry experience with brands such as Hilton, Marriott, or IHG is a plus but not required.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe software.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable learning new software systems and digital platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Certain level of accounting knowledge.
