Executive AssistantWe are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President and Chief Financial Officer. Working in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CFO, you will help drive organizational alignment, operational rhythm, and execution across a high-impact portfolio of work. This role offers broad exposure and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and a strong bias for action.This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CFO and is based at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. As a strategic partner, this role is expected to be on-site four days a week to enable real-time collaboration and alignment. We believe strongly in the value of in-person partnership at this level and will discuss expectations in more detail during the recruiting process.What You'll Do:Coordinate and strategically manage the calendar, workflows, and priorities for the President and CFOWork in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CFO to coordinate planning rhythms, leadership reviews, and executive alignment across initiativesDrive execution across high-priority workstreams by anticipating needs, managing context, and coordinating stakeholders across three functionsPrepare executive briefings, decision materials, and communications for internal and external stakeholdersDrive coordination for leadership offsites, team events, and cross-functional projectsPlan executive travel and manage logistics with precision and urgencyCreate leverage by bringing structure, context, and proactive problem-solving to every interactionBuild trusted cross-functional relationships across Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, Technology, and PeopleExecute special projects and operational improvements as business needs growMaintain confidentiality and operate with integrity and discretion at all timesWho You Are:4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment (finance, legal, operations, or business support roles highly preferred)Experience supporting C-level executives strongly preferredHighly organized, accountable, and skilled at managing competing priorities across multiple stakeholders simultaneouslyStrong business acumen; comfortable operating across finance, legal, and operational environmentsExcellent communicator – clear, concise, and confident with strong professional presenceFast learner with a builder mentality and strong bias for actionComfortable with ambiguity and energized by solving unstructured problemsProactive operator who anticipates needs and follows through with excellenceExpert user of Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeAmbitious, curious, and eager to grow alongside a high-performing leadership teamSalary Range: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000.
