Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Perform order entry and maintenance for assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Monitor and communicate delivery schedules, order confirmations, changes, and cancellations.

Proactively address and escalate service issues, recommending solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
