What you will do in this role:
Build and maintain a suite of dashboards, report templates, standardized reports to track digital acquisition performance across brand media
Build, validate, and refine methodologies to determine roas (return on ad spend) and performance of various marketing efforts
Seek to understand, problem solve, troubleshoot, and identify data gaps to better address business questions
Collect and analyze large datasets from multiple sources (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.)
Generate recurring and ad hoc reporting to help business partners assess campaigns health and performance

Does this position require to sit onsite or travel to an SN office? No, fully remote
Does this person have to work in a specific time zone? (e.g. - If a person on the East Coast can work PST, is that ok?) Preferably PST but EST works as well
Is there a specific laptop OS that this person will be using (Mac or Windows)? Either works, but for the amount of Excel and Power BI work I recommend Windows
How will the interview process look like? Two rounds which will consist of an initial 30min phone/zoom screen, top candidates will be provided a take home excercise to present during a final 45min panel session.
Skills
What you need to be successful in this role: 2-3 years' experience in digital analytics
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills required.
Experience with one or more business intelligence/data visualization tools required (Tableau, Power BI or Looker Studio preferred)
Experience with SQL strongly preferred, experience with Python a plus
Experience with digital media platforms and KPIs (CM360, Social Media, SA360, etc.)
Experience with web analytics suites such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Must be adaptable and inquisitive, always seeking to better understand the utility (and limitations) of the data available.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Must be comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with complex, messy, and imperfect data.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or relevant skill set
