Responsibilities

Leadership:

Operational/ Delivery:

- Oversees all construction activities on the project, ensuring the project has adequate operational strategies in place to achieve the desired expectations

- Anticipates technical issues that may arise and ofers expert advice on technical construction elements

Commercial/ Contractual:

- Manages risk and controls expenses to ensure overall proftability in alignment with objectives

- Holds overall responsibility for project P&L and fnancial reporting

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

- BS or MS Degree in Engineering or Construction Management

- LEED Accredited highly preferred

- +25 years' building construction experience

- Experience leading large scale construction programs (150M+) required

- Experience of working as Construction Manager at Risk & Design Build

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- High levels of technical construction acumen

- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills

- Able to identify and adapt best leadership and communication style to achieve best results from diverse team with diferent levels of communication styles

- Able to articulate understanding of the broad impact of decisions within the project and efectively direct key stakeholders appropriately

- Able to model active listening skills and extract information

- Able to cultivate an environment of trust, hard work and teamwork

- Able to communicate as efectively in spontaneous or unrehearsed settings as in prepared ones
