Sr. Operational Excellence Analyst

Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges Honeywell Building Management Systems (BMS) is seeking a Senior Operational Excellence Analyst.
This individual will identify barriers to sales execution and customer satisfaction and drive corrective action. The position will report into the General Manager for the BMS Americas Region and will interface with all relevant functions, but always oriented toward the primary customer and sales stakeholders. In addition, this role will perform complex reporting and special analyses covering a wide variety of functions.
Roles/Responsibilities
•Establish MOS to identify, prioritize and remove barriers to sales execution and customer satisfaction
•Lead cross functional teams and engage all relevant systems and tools to implement corrective actions
•Create process documentation and control systems
•Conduct voice of customer and voice of sales interviews
•Present project findings and results as well as reports to support the business
•Conduct internal training on revised processes
•Act as internal escalation point for critical execution barriers for rapid resolution
•Schedule appointments, assemble necessary background material for scheduled meetings, coordinate travel, conferences and off-site meetings
•Coordinates team events, executive customer engagements and department purchasing card spend
MUST HAVES
• 2+ years process improvement or project management experience
• 1+ years’ experience in a mid to large-sized company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis
WE VALUE
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Training and/or certification in project management, process improvement, lean/six sigma
• Experience with enterprise business tools, particularly SAP
• Strong communication skills
• Cross-functional team engagement
