Description
Linger's globally-inspired, street-food menu is influenced by makeshift kitchens and streetside nooks from around the world. Housed in the former Olinger mortuary, the decor layers macabre remnants of the history of the building, with posh vintage details in a window-flanked space overlooking the Lower Highlands neighborhood. Featuring one of Denver's largest rooftop patios, outfitted with a 1975 GMC "Bar-V" and a repurposed food truck, Linger is one of Denver's signature destination dining and gathering spaces.
Requirements
The ability to multi-task and perform in a high-volume atmosphere
A broad range of restaurant management experience encompassing different styles of service and cuisine in chef driven, culinary driven food concepts
Knowledge and experience with wine, beer, and specialty cocktails
Experience with events management and oversight is a plus
A professional, polished manner and elite customer service skills
Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
Willingness to learn, manage, and communicate extensive ingredient & product knowledge
Experience hiring, training, and cultivating staff
Committed to sustainable waste practices
Mindset around learning and personal development
Brings energy and a positive attitude
Works well collaboratively and individually
Strong commitment to all codes, regulations, and laws regarding alcohol service, health department, labor department, guest and staff safety, and all other miscellaneous liabilities related to the daily operations of the restaurant
Background in some online management platforms such as, but not limited to, Paylocity, ShiftNotes, Google Drive, R365, etc.
Physical stamina to stand & move throughout the duration of a shift
Open availability including nights & weekends
Must be able to lift over 20lbs multiple times per shift

$90,000 - $105,000
