Responsibilities:
Conduct effective discovery meetings with leads generated by both the BDR team and self-generated leads, skillfully identifying client needs and aligning Bark's solutions.
Drive a high conversion rate of prospects into paid trials by employing persuasive selling techniques and effectively presenting the value proposition of Bark.
Ensure long-term account success by implementing Bark's best practices, offering tailored recommendations and strategies to optimise client outcomes.
Facilitate a seamless transition of clients to the Account Manager once trials are activated, ensuring a smooth handover and maintaining a positive client experience.
Consistently achieve or surpass targets, driving revenue growth through proactive and strategic sales strategies.
Identify and prospect clients in targeted industries and categories, building a strong and diversified pipeline.
Collaborate closely with the SDR function to ensure alignment and progression of both personal and team pipelines.
Effectively manage the sales pipeline, providing clear communication of pipeline status and progress to sales leaders.
Provide leadership and guidance to the BDR team, fostering their professional growth and supporting their success in generating qualified leads.
Proactively identify and communicate business opportunities internally, contributing to decision-making processes within the organisation.
Stay updated on the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights to support internal decision-making and maintain Bark's competitive edge.
Requirements:
Strong ambition to be at the forefront of sales within Bark, driving exceptional results.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form, effectively engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong multitasking abilities, efficiently managing email inquiries, meetings, and administrative tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client challenges and propose solutions to meet their needs.
Demonstrate a results-driven approach to sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth through proactive and strategic sales strategies.
Proficiency in managing and forecasting sales pipeline effectively.
