You can see the big picture in terms of a clients business, and create achievable solutions and strategies for our clients biggest challenges

The Work:

Lead transformation programs tailor-made to our clients challenges.

Identify opportunities for business development.

Use research and analysis to identify client creation opportunities

Shape business solution implementation by defining and supervising business architecture, process design, and development activities.

Manage program financials.

Work with multidisciplinary teams to create project deliverables that are on schedule, on budget, and aligned with performance goals.

Identify and implement structural organizational changes clients need.

The ideal candidate will be based in Houston or Dallas, and/or be open to relocating to the area.

Heres What You Need:

A minimum of 5 years working in upstream exploration and production, preferably from both the operational and management consulting sides. /

Youre experienced and knowledgeable of the upstream oil and gas value chain, including exploration/G&G, drilling and completion, production operations, field operations, and onshore operations

A strong technology acumen, i.e., having worked on a systems integration or implementation within the Upstream Energy industry.

A Bachelor's degree in a related field

Bonus Points If:

You have a few years of experience working with external management consulting to provide upstream solutions to clients in the oil and gas industry

You have an MBA.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
