What You Will Do
As a Professional Services Project Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end client projects, from concept to implementation. Dive into installations, whether it's advanced equipment, enterprise software, system integration, or consulting endeavors. Your role may occasionally require on-site client presence. Expect dynamic partnerships with sales, systems engineering, product development, and cross-functional teams, all focused on elevating customer satisfaction through technology. While technical know-how is valuable, your prowess in project management is paramount.
Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation
Develop/maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and to manage expectations
Establish project schedules and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Document and manage project scope (change control)
Identify resource needs, assign work, and coordinate schedules
Communicate project status both internally and externally to the client
Up to 20% travel
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Minimum of four (4) years of experience leading projects focused on delivery of technology
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Strongly versed in the fundamentals of project management
Experience with project management tools such as SmartSheet and Microsoft Project
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to identify, resolve and follow up on issues leveraging subject matter experts
