About the Team

The Workplace Service System Department operates under the Corporate Information System. Its primary focus is on designing and analyzing products related to company Administration, Real Estate, Physical Security, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety). The department aims to leverage technology to improve the experience and efficiency of employees accessing workplace services, including office operations, access control, dining, and health services. Additionally, the department strives to reduce the overall management costs associated with these services.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the operations of corporate workplace service IT products, including Real Estate, Administration, Physical Security and EHS, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction;

- Facilitate new product launches and enhance the onboarding rate through effective strategies and continuous improvement;

- Collaborate with internal teams (Data, Design, R&D) to evaluate technical solutions, drive consensus, and oversee the execution of services;

- Gather user requirements, analyze feedback and usage data, and maintain comprehensive product and user documentation;

- Proactively understand user needs, advocate for feature improvements, optimize operational strategies, and enhance operational efficiency;

- Innovate in corporate product operation methodologies, applying new approaches through the development of tools on general platforms;

- Identify trends and areas of potential improvement in Corporate Information products offered to the business and communicate at all levels within the organization;

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and mutual success;

- Address ad-hoc issues promptly by coordinating with relevant internal and external parties;

- Assist the team in implementing structured workflows, establishing guidelines, and promoting efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in internet product operations or product management;

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields;

- Demonstrated ability in research, critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical reasoning, and effective communication;

- Proficient in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in simple and easy-to-understand terms;

- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with strong organizational and project management skills;

- Proven track record of successful cross-departmental collaboration and excellent interpersonal abilities;

- Adaptable to rapidly changing environments, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualification

- Practical skills in scripting and automation (Excel, Python, SQL) to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
