We are seeking a talented and results-driven Paid Social Account Manager to join our ecommerce marketing team: Add3SHOP. As a Paid Social Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across various platforms. Your expertise in paid social advertising, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and overall business growth.

Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audience.
Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Conduct thorough audience research to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors for precise ad targeting.
Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance and drive desired outcomes.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to enhance targeting, bidding, and creative strategies.
Regularly report on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including paid search, creative, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid social media advertising.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of best practices within the paid social media teams.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred but not required.
Proven work experience as a Paid Social Account Manager or similar role, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
Strong expertise in managing paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
In-depth understanding of social media advertising metrics, analytics, and tracking tools.
Proficient in using social media management platforms, ad managers, and other relevant digital marketing tools.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive campaign optimization.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, copywriting, and user experience.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
